How long does the build process take?
Most Integra custom homes are completed in 10–16 months, depending on design complexity, lot prep, and community approvals.
Can Integra help me find land?
Yes. Integra maintains exclusive homesite listings in Arizona’s most sought-after communities, including The Rim Golf Club, Chaparral Pines, FireRock Country Club, Eagles Nest, and Fountain Hills.
Do I need to live in Arizona during construction?
No. Through Buildertrend, our clients track progress virtually with daily photos, schedules, invoices, and weekly field reports. You’ll always be connected, even from out of state.
What warranty do you provide?
Every Integra home includes a comprehensive builder warranty plus optional quarterly maintenance programs to keep your home in peak condition.
Can I use my own architect?
Yes. While many clients work with our design partners, Integra also collaborates seamlessly with outside architects if you already have a plan.
Do you offer financing or connect me with lenders?
